We were relocating to the area and spent a lot of time looking through property details on the internet, Alex arranged for us to view a couple of properties with them, one of which we had our heart set on. We then had problems with the purchase of the property due to circumstances outside ours, the sellers and Sutherland Reays control but with Alex's professional attitude and good negotiation skills he made the sale go through.
